    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
  • How do I request a refund?
    Refunds will not be issued unless you can show the item is not what was ordered. If you cancel an order prior to shipping you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

    Given the nature of the collectables market, we do not accept returns for completed orders.

    Yes, all Pokémon cards we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. We also do not ship to forwarding addresses.
